1. Acceptable Use

You may only scan systems you own or have explicit written permission to test. Using Cyber Oracle to scan systems without authorisation is strictly prohibited and may violate Nigerian and international law.

2. Platform Access

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. Report suspected breaches immediately to security@cyoracle.com.

3. Payment & Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

4. Limitation of Liability

Cyber Oracle is a diagnostic tool. We are not liable for security incidents resulting from vulnerabilities we did not detect, or from your failure to remediate reported issues.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
