We collect information you provide directly (account details, scan targets, payment information) and data generated through platform use (scan results, usage analytics).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide the Cyber Oracle platform, process payments, send security alerts, and improve our services. We never sell your data to third parties.

3. NDPR Compliance

Cyber Oracle complies with Nigeria's Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). Nigerian users have rights to access, rectify, and delete personal data. Contact privacy@cyoracle.com to exercise these rights.

4. Data Retention

Scan data is retained for 90 days by default. Account data is retained until deletion. Audit logs are retained for 3 years for compliance.
